Nate’s passion for technology began early, turning into a side gig in 2016 and eventually his life’s work. With partnerships in Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, and more, Nate and his team serve clients like retail stores, law firms, and non-profits. *Some clients may not need a contract for 1-time services, or small projects. On-going support requires a service contract.

Our philosophy puts customer service, attention to detail, and accessibility at the top of our priorities. No one should have to forgo proper help because they don't understand it, or have to wait on hold with a machine while you're experiencing a technical emergency.

Additionally, we feel the Small Business IT segment is massively underserved, and we understand how difficult it can be to find a quality IT service that fits your needs. That's why we work exclusively with Solopreneurs, Micropreneurs, and Small Businesses.

Rather than expand around the country by advertising remote support, we understand that being on the phone with a technician can be frustrating, draining, and unpleasant. That's why we're happy to offer individualized, on site service. However, if a brief call or remote connection is all you need, we'd be happy to offer the option that suits you best.
